Salesforce is a great company with a special focus on equality.
Office infrastructure is good, especially social corners.
There is so much scope for improving the hiring process, where these values should play a key part. FF management in India is arrogant and does not get along with leadership. The attitude is so bad that no one wants to approach with feedback, so how is improvement supposed to take place? On the other hand, more and more hiring is taking place within the FF team. Consider re-evaluating the processes and people leading this FF initiative and make changes that will help the company.
