Leadership is great from the top down.
Incentives and bonuses are amazing.
Great team and plenty of opportunities to move around internally.
Really not much to say here. Even if I did not get the job, I would have just applied again until I got it.
It means so much that the opinions of the current employees mattered so much, leading to me being hired. It's clear that management listens to its engineering teams and other technical people. Keep it up.
