Good company benefits. If the team you work for does not work out, there is an OOM policy for you to leave the team and join another one.
Middle management is incapable of leading the team. All they care about is managing upward. My colleague was promoted to my manager, and I found out that he listed my work in his achievement list. What a joke.
Besides that, he was trying to get a replacement for my peer, and every candidate he shortlisted was Indian. Both external and internal OOM candidates. Downright racist.
Can I get a whistleblower reward by complaining to HR? Or will I lose my job by posting this?
