I know people who have worked in at least 10 teams. You never feel monotonous. Great leadership. Great VTO services. Everyone spends at least 40 hours in a year. Many spend more. Always tries to keep a great culture.
Frankly, not much.
Sometimes, I see many teams are slow in implementing a change. Most companies are advancing in adapting newer technologies, but I see it takes more time in Salesforce, probably due to its size of enterprise business.
