The location of the head office is great. You will learn how to work in a political workplace. You might learn new technologies depending on the team.
You will spend 33 hours a week in meetings, and then you will have nights and weekends to finish projects. You will have a manager that will lie to your face. You will be surrounded by incompetent people who make decisions impacting your career. You will not have a career path at all.
Please take a closer look at your employees' stress levels. Pay attention to peer reviews. Try to be fair and not political.
