A lot of it appears to be disjointed, illogical decisions, like randomly laying off 2000 people without any explanation. This includes top performers, both sales and technical.
Make better decisions and recognize that you owe it to your employees to explain decisions that affect their lives. People had to let go, and nobody could explain to them why, not even their direct managers.
