- Benefits like fitness reimbursements, food, etc.
- Ease of work for engineers, with same guidelines being followed across teams.
- Easy movement across teams.
- Pay is good.
- Some teams are prone to politics.
- Talent bar is not that high.
- Some teams use a very old tech stack, which some people may find boring and not even being used in the industry anymore.
- Please pay attention to the rising negative politics being practiced in the company.
- Perhaps have some employee grievance centers to start with.
