A great place to work because it doesn't require commuting. Another thing is that some of the contract jobs can land you anywhere from $35 to $100 an hour.
Some of the downsides of working with Salesforce are that a lot of the contract jobs want 2+ years of experience, making it hard to get that experience. It's a struggle for nascent developers to land work through contracts at times.
Have an integrated contracts system where companies, as well as just people, can submit requests for development and have developers pick them up to make a quick buck or 50.
Interview with HR. Interview with the manager with general questions. Technical interview of 2 hours with: * Questions * Architecture design for a proposed problem * Live coding of a use case example
It was interesting and intellectually challenging. There was initial coding, logical reasoning, and DBMS. This was followed by two rounds of algorithmic interviews and an HR interview.
I completed an internship with no interview. I applied with my resume and was selected. I have done Salesforce Trailhead and completed all given modules. I also completed hard Trailhead modules, which earned me badges.
