Most incompetent management I’ve ever seen
WLB was the only decent thing this company had, but unfortunately, it’s gone. There’s nothing good about this place.
This place is filled with incompetent managers and directors. Many of them have no clue what's happening, and all they do is micromanage the hell out of their reports. It's gotten 100x worse ever since the layoffs happened. Not only that, but they have 0 qualifications and technical competency. I'm surprised how they got hired in the first place.
Get rid of all the useless directors and senior directors.
