Problem in hiring due to brand value: We need to increase the brand value of Salesforce to attract the best talent in India.

Inconsistent global rules: Some rules are not common across the globe in Salesforce, and that's confusing sometimes, for example WFH and paternity leave, etc.
Great individual contributors, and I think local managers' quality needs to be improved.
