- Great benefits for family (6 months parental leave)
- Great healthcare plans
- Being able to go to the office is nice; there are good vibes there, similar to the SF office
- Probably one of the companies with the best work-life balance
- I don't work in MC, but work in Core. My team is mostly in SF or Bellevue, so I don't feel involved with the Indy office whatsoever.
- They are hiring what seems like fully in India, so my team loses headcount a lot when we need it.
