Good benefits, great pay. Work culture is team-dependent.
I had the worst 8 weeks of my life. The mentor I got assigned didn't have even 1 minute to spend on me, and he used to work 9 AM - 11 PM and also on weekends, expecting the same from me.
As he used to get regular updates from me on the weekends, I also had to put in effort. After all the efforts and working almost 12+ hours every day, I used to be regularly given reviews like: "You are just lucky you got here," "How can you not know anything so basic?" "I explained it to you, why can't you get it in your head?"
He made sure to ping me Friday evening with all the work items I had to complete over the weekend. I used to feel very alone and used to do the same thing over and over again if it wasn't working. When I used to ask for help, I was asked to do the same thing that I had been doing for the past 3 days.
They should work on getting a better work-life balance.
Basic OOPs question and then one coding question. I answered all the OOPs questions well and gave a workable solution to the coding question, as it was a little difficult to think of an optimal solution in the given time.
The interview process was neat! I spoke to a Team Lead who seemed genuinely interested in what I had done in the past. They were very professional.
I had three rounds of interviews: two technical and one HR. The interviewers in all rounds were very polite and friendly. I was a little nervous when the interview started, but they calmed me down.
