Great work-life balance. Decent leadership. Decent benefits. Great tech stack and systems in all off-core teams/products. Medium work pressure, and management understands that you have a life beyond the office.
- Although OOM is good, most of the openings are in Core products (proprietary framework). Hence, for those who don't want to work on Core, the options are limited.
- No stock refreshers.
- India teams are not treated on par with US. In many teams, important decisions in product roadmap and architecture are taken in US and communicated to India.
Treat India teams as equals to US teams.
