From what I've heard, most companies have given up on internship programming post-COVID.
However, Salesforce really puts effort into intern programming.
Company culture is very focused on work-life balance.
They allow a lot of flexibility between working from home or the office.
Intern programming can be a little cheesy.
The Salesforce Futureforce interview process consisted of back-to-back behavioral and technical interviews with two different interviewers, following an initial online assessment: * 30-minute behavioral interview * 45-minute technical interview
After applying: * First, I was sent a technical assessment online which lasted a few hours. * Next, I was emailed to do a behavioral and technical interview. Both were about an hour each.
1 technical (45), 1 behavioral (60). Was asked about my resume, projects on my resume, coursework, and a LeetCode medium problem. Interviewers were very nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. * First round: OA * Second round: Technical
