Excellent work-life balance, very competitive pay, free housing/housing stipend for interns. Interns can get the opportunity to work on production code.
The intern program is not practical at its current scale. Events are too crowded, and there isn't enough space for everyone. Furthermore, most intern events seemingly revolve around alcohol, which is a huge frustration if you are under 21. It feels incredibly hard to be social in those scenarios.
The company-wide obsession with the values of Ohana and everything Hawaiian can feel a little cultish at times.
Stop making the Intern events so alcohol-centric. Many teams have happy hour trips and seemingly every floor has a keg, so there are plenty of chances for Interns over 21 to drink with their coworkers.
It is extremely frustrating as an Intern under 21 to attend the Intern events because I know I will be surrounded by very drunk people and very loud music in an environment where I cannot participate in the only reason to go to the events in the first place.
The Salesforce Futureforce interview process consisted of back-to-back behavioral and technical interviews with two different interviewers, following an initial online assessment: * 30-minute behavioral interview * 45-minute technical interview
Smooth and clear interview process, with fast responses and good communication with recruiters. The interview rounds were long, however. Some were just discussions with the team, and some were technical.
1 technical (45), 1 behavioral (60). Was asked about my resume, projects on my resume, coursework, and a LeetCode medium problem. Interviewers were very nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. * First round: OA * Second round: Technical
