Fake and annoying culture.
Too liberal – some people (even higher-ups) constantly shove it in your face.
Too much focus on useless activities.
Occasional unclear, neither-here-nor-there feedback from management.
Please stop pushing LGBT ideology on people. Some of us are just there to work, and some of us are uncomfortable with those topics.
Also, advice to managers in general: Always be clear and concise in feedback, or else your subordinates won't have a clear direction.
