Efficient Systems, Overbearing Culture
Most of the systems they have put in place are efficient and geared towards being productive. For being such a large company, I was surprised at how fast I could move in my work.
They care about their employees and make culture important, which makes the day-to-day easier to deal with.
Overall, they are a really healthy company.
The culture can be a little too overbearing. At some points, I wish that I could just have the time to focus on my work. They are also a very large company, and although they definitely push to stay updated in the industry, I wish that I could have worked with more exciting technologies.
