Had two phone interviews: * The first one went over the resume. * The second one was technical.

I applied via their website and received an email from the recruiter within a couple of weeks to schedule the initial phone interview. I spoke with either a Lead or a Manager during the phone interview and felt comfortable, as they were really polite

Applied online and received a call from the recruiter. There was a phone screen, a coding problem to be completed in a couple of hours, and then an onsite interview. Onsite consisted of both 1:1 and panel interviews.
