The Vancouver office has an amazing culture, wonderful people, and a true family feel. The people have stayed together and supported one another during the pandemic and during the recent layoffs.
The Vancouver office can sometimes feel distant from other offices.
Work-life balance fluctuates depending on which team you are on and how your management operates. Some value work-life balance more than others.
With recent layoffs, stress has greatly increased throughout the company and may continue for the next few years unless senior management can put employees at ease.
