Hybrid work culture.
There is about a gap of a month between the internship ending and offers being released. It's not a huge issue, but I just wanted to point that out. Other than that, it's a great program!

I applied online, and then they gave me the OA. I could not pass the OA since it had two Medium LeetCode questions and limited time. However, this was a memorable experience.

Asked 2 mediums: clone graph and meeting rooms 2. Didn't really answer those perfectly and didn't have to run the code. Also got asked some simple, high-level system design questions.
