I loved the team I worked with and the other interns. The office was amazing too. The company culture seemed accepting and welcoming, and I felt valued on my team. It felt like everyone I talked to about myself and my career wanted what is best for me, and weren't just trying to sell me working at Salesforce after college. I enjoyed my internship and would gladly accept a return offer if one were extended.
The benefits offered to interns were also very generous, such as the wellness benefit, and some bonuses and reimbursements for WFH supplies.
Due to the current circumstances, I didn't get to meet many FTE in person, since few came into the office. There was also a lot of pain setting up working at this company, but once you get the hang of it, it gets better. I know not all my intern friends had great managers, but many of us did.
I did not get an interview, even with a referral. I didn't even receive a rejection letter from them. This is not very professional of Salesforce. A "we are moving on" letter would have been appreciated. I did not receive an online assessment eit
I had a phone screen but failed the OA. I know the process after this includes two more interviews: one technical and one behavioral. It's basic stuff; just make sure you work on LeetCode to get the job.
Asked 2 mediums: clone graph and meeting rooms 2. Didn't really answer those perfectly and didn't have to run the code. Also got asked some simple, high-level system design questions.
