I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
The interview process consists of an initial call with the recruiter, 2 phone screens, and a single on-site interview with 5 sessions. Due to COVID, they are replacing on-site interviews with video calls, standard stuff. In my case, the 5 video call interviews were split into two sessions.
Because the listing itself was quite general, the recruiter will probe your background and resume. They then provided a recommendation for which team to interview with based on my resume, but allowed me to choose if there's another team that interests me more. I went with the recommendation anyway. After the 2nd phone screen, the interviewer let me know that the option to interview with another team was still available.
The phone screens were about 1 week apart, and took another 1-2 weeks to schedule the on-site. The recruiter that I worked with was very communicative, prompt, and accommodating. The team was also very welcoming and happily answered all the questions I had.
It was about another week after the virtual "on-site" interviews that they reached out to me with an offer. All in all, a very positive experience.
