Interview with HR (local and expatriate) and a user (expatriate). The questions were average; as long as you can communicate well with the user, you will be fine.

Pros: It's a good company to work for. You can see the enthusiasm of engineers for the new product development. I've always admired the speed at which they have developed their products and put them on the market. You're also working with intelligent people, so there's always an opportunity to learn from them. You can wear whatever you like, and the company encourages you to hang out with co-workers after work.

Cons: The hours were fairly long. Don't get me wrong. I love to work as much as the next person; however, at some point, there has to be a balance between work and home life.
