Process

There are three steps during the hiring process:

  • Admission review
  • Technical interview
  • Manager interview

During the 20-minute technical interview, the applicant should give a presentation about their experiences in the field they are applying for. Three or four committers will ask questions about it, but they are not expected to be difficult.

In the manager interview, chief managers may ask about your background and want to find out how well you would fit into the company and the department. For example:

  • "If your supervisor keeps asking you to do more work than you expected in the previous week, and you think you don't have enough time to handle it all, what would you do?"
  • "Do you have any plans to study further in graduate school?"

Questions

There are no tricky questions. Most of them are within the average level.
