I applied directly via LinkedIn.
There was a short phone call (non-technical). A week later, I was invited to their office for the test.
For 30 minutes, I was in a small room with approximately 15 pages of a printed test. Afterwards, I had a talk with a technical representative and then with an HR representative.
The test consisted of questions regarding HTML5, CSS, and plain JS. Parts of it involved writing some code (pen and paper), while others required predicting the output of console.log for given code snippets.
I found one of the questions incomprehensible regarding what was actually requested, and there was no one available to ask for clarification.
General topics covered were:
Regarding JavaScript, the topics included:
That's what I recall; there were likely a few more topics. The 30-minute time limit was intended to pressure candidates, with the test itself containing a remark encouraging them to complete as much as possible. Some questions presented specific edge cases that one would typically avoid in actual coding.
The technical interviewer did not ask any questions related to the test, so there was no opportunity to discuss it. It was a general conversation about my experience and tooling. Absolutely no feedback was provided.
The HR representative asked typical HR questions, verified my English proficiency, and inquired about my financial expectations.
The only positive aspect was gaining some, though not extensive, information about the work they do and their methodologies.
