Pros: Good for a start. Nice view from the office. People were really nice, and the atmosphere was good.
Cons: I wish they'd organize more things in the office, like some snacks. It was difficult to get promoted.

Cons: Strange and unclear procedures for promotions, low pay, lack of smart procedures inside the project. Management and high-level engineers are often incompetent.
