Weirdest interview ever! Believe the other three comments on this page.
I applied online and received a phone interview invitation two days later. It went pretty well, and they scheduled an on-site interview two days after that.
The on-site interview was easy. Two people interviewed me. I answered all their questions and even provided extra solutions. I thought I did pretty well.
The HR representative came after the interview and told me she would call me the next day to let me know the result.
The next day, I waited until 4:30 PM, but there was still no call. I emailed, and then the HR representative asked me to call her instead of calling me, which was weird. However, I called anyway, and she told me that I had done pretty well, but they wanted someone more senior, and I was too junior for them.
I mean, they didn't state it was a senior position on the job posting, nor did they mention it during the phone interview. As a new grad, I clearly wasn't applying for a senior position.
In conclusion, they really like to waste people's time.
