Pros: As Samsung looks to hire foreign talent in its Korean offices, newcomers from outside Korea are highly regarded. This may mean good work.
Cons: Bureaucracy, and lots of it. The Korean work culture is more like Japan than America, so loyalty to the employer is taken seriously. In addition, it might be harder to move up if you're not Korean – and the language barrier is real.
