I was asked to answer technical questions regarding software engineering knowledge.
Most of them were not very difficult to answer. The interviewer seemed to lack the programming knowledge required to test applicants' competency.
The interview was rather short. Instead, they gave me a project, which they required me to finish in a week's time.
They choose 3-5 people, depending on how many they need at the time.
And you are not allowed to talk about any questions you were asked during the interview.
