They gave an algorithm exam that lasted for three hours. After you pass, there was a series of interviews in just one day.
The exam was held in the office. You would then submit your code to the server, which would give you back the result immediately. Their server malfunctioned.

Pros: I was a software engineer in the mobile communication division.
* Competitive salary if you get 50% PS.
* Good co-workers with nice benefits (free food with good quality; take-out is even available).
Cons: - Too much work and frequent overtime.
- Political issues.
- Several teams compete with each other internally for the same project.
