Cons: Doesn't even care to build a competent team and have core areas covered.
Management doesn't understand the project, unable to identify key areas.
Everybody earns the same low salary.
Working is optional.
Even totally lazy and unproductive engineers are tolerated; management is unable to assess the value of individual contributions.
Competent workers are exploited by a clique of slackers.
Limited to graduate-level projects, unable to keep you in the company for longer than just 2-3 years.
