- Managers don't estimate time efficiently. They give you tight deadlines, and mostly tasks have to be completed in a day.
- They don't work in an organized way. They make decisions and assign tasks on the go during calls and don't follow any SW lifecycle process.
- Not a good place to shape your career.
- After a certain point in time, you won't learn anything new; you just end up doing routine work.
I would say, "Please estimate and plan the tasks efficiently and understand the importance of work-life balance."
