This is an R&D office of the South Korea headquarters. Projects here are for the System LSI part of Samsung Electronics, so it's not to be mistaken with the FAB on the other side of town. Pay is competitive with industry. Hours are reasonable. The culture is very friendly, open, and team-oriented. The employees don't play political games here.
IT infrastructure is antiquated and not what I expected from an electronics leader.
Fix IT. It gets in the way of productivity.
