Very boring, lots of paperwork
Flexible schedule, nice lunches, table tennis.
Stupid/stubborn management. No real work. Identical tasks are assigned to several teams. Stupid security restrictions. Doshiraks are supplied instead of real food for dinner. Hired as kernel developer, worked as tester. WTF?
Please be more open. Value existing employers as much as newcomers. Don't hesitate to increase salary. There is no point in dividing salary into a "main part" and "rent compensation".
