Hectic. Everyone considers their own projects to be top priority. There are only two priorities: high or highest. Nobody says this is a low priority project.
Management considers staying late as a positive; in fact, they encourage such a thing.
No overtime for staying late, but they can reimburse for food and taxi bills.
Do not consider late stays in the office as a positive. It only means that the work is not getting done properly.
Consider the quality of work done to be a factor in assessing an employee.
