I am an employee of Samsung Research Institute Delhi. You get time to do your own things, not so much pressure. It's like a government job.
Politics, backstabbing. No transparency in giving performance reviews. Senior people are from really mediocre colleges and always try to demean you. The only thing you want to survive here is clear software proficiency tests, irrespective of what you are doing here. Half of the company has no work, and they keep hiring people from IITs and NITs.
Please respect your employees. Underutilization has made them lazy as hell. Have focus on reviews of people from good colleges, and they are underpaid, not given work, and just laying at the whims of their oh-so-average manager.

Basic CS fundamental questions were asked, with DSA and C++ given more importance. Other than that, it depends on the team you are joining. Apart from that, be good in the pointer and connectivity parts.
