I was interviewed by the whole dev team. Each person asked a question. We went over a project demo, JavaScript & React fundamentals. I also needed to explain some design patterns and how to use them.

Quick and to the point. A 30-minute phone screen was followed a few days later by a 2-hour on-site mixed technical and skills interview. After those 2 hours, there was a quick interview with HR. A few days later, I received the offer.
