Pays a little higher than industry standards.
Product-based company.
Free facilities:
Good technical work.
A little higher pay can cost you dearly.
Typical Korean culture is followed: work, work, and work.
There is little or no work-life balance (expect late nights, weekends often, and if @ onsite, then work like dogs).
Horrible HR policies.
Commercialization projects are pathetic.
Reduced onsite component recently.
Management has no say and follows HQ decisions almost always.
One written round was followed by one technical round, which was not more than 30 minutes. After that, there was one HR round, which was very casual. The overall process was completed in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
3 Rounds of interviews: * 2 Coding rounds * 1 System design This process occurs over multiple days. Internal Pro-level proficiency is needed. Prepare via LeetCode coding. Watch YouTube for system design. Combined, these should be good.
There were two rounds of technical interviews followed by one managerial round. The questions started with my CV and turned out to be more of discussions rather than defined question-and-answer sessions.
