Working clear procedures. Flexible working time. Possibility to work remotely during COVID. Nice team members. Good place if you're already at a senior level.
Very complicated or not possible to grow in your career. You can easily get stuck on the same level for years.
Manager is not able to change anything and just delivers information from up.
Bad place if you're a Junior and want to advance in your career. Low pay rate. No chance to increase pay rate.
Change career path. 1-2 persons promotion per year from the team is not okay.
