Job security used to be there. Not anymore.
Low pay, no flexibility, and a toxic environment. The VP encourages the director to disrespect employees, allowing him to scream, yell, and swear during meetings. There is a lot of favoritism, politics, and manipulation. Job security is also no longer there.
Nothing good will come around if you encourage an environment where people disrespect each other.
