Very lengthy process, and the interviewer had no clue about the subject I was applying for. The interviewer was from Gujarat and continuously took phone calls about his personal business during the interview.

Technical interview: 40 minutes. Executive interview: 30 minutes. Interviewing is not considered very important. There is a lack of people who can make decisions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took three weeks. The interview process was going very smoothly, from the initial phone interviews to the final on-site interview, meeting with people from senior engineer, principal engineer, and manager.
