The research and development division is one of the best places to work. The managers and team members were technically good and supportive.
Communication with onsite software development teams is a bit unclear.
Sometimes the requirements are modified at the last minute by the onsite teams.
The HR people are some of the best and very helpful. They are very responsible, even to ex-employees. The top management of the R&D division is the best senior management I have worked with. Thanks to their support.
