- Bunch of incompetent sycophants and managers pretending to be engineers and researchers.
Get rid of useless Principal Engineers who cannot create ideas or learn new stuff.
It's a bunch of Managers pretending to be Engineers and Researchers. The hierarchical, military-style work is destroying creativity.
