There are weak synergies among the similar groups.
People get quite low salaries.
There are lots of overtime jobs.
There are lots of meetings.
Reduce the one-sided education. Please reduce the on-line education. Please raise the salaries for diligent workers. Please merge the similar teams among the business groups.
