Poor work-life balance, horrible management, and it's hard to move on or move up if you are not one of them or friends with someone in upper management.
Respect your employees and treat them fairly, even if they are not from the same country.

PHP Developer
Phone interview + Skype interview. The phone interview was conducted by two individuals with an accent. Topics covered included: * Amazon cloud architecture (as per JD) * PHP OOPs * REST API * Database fundamentals * MVC programming

The first round was MCQ-based questions as it was a campus placement. I am waiting for the results and most probably will clear the MCQ round easily, moving on to further parts of the process.
