Nice company for a first job
The company has a good environment and work culture. It provides a great learning experience about the entire life cycle of software product development. There are many travel opportunities, but they would require you to work very long hours, especially at HQ.
Provides limited growth prospects and can be stagnating a little up the ladder. Also, the salary is a little below industry average, which can be demotivating.
Give more freedom to engineers to experiment and innovate. Just normal design, development, and debugging won't lead to out-of-the-box solutions.
