Worst work culture. No trust in employees. Here you will be asked to work on any technology, and there is no attention to domain building. Management is worst, be it resource management or project management. Here, the key to your success is not your excellence or dedication, but your personal relationship with your manager counts. Koreans treat Indian employees as laborers, and your dedication is judged by the hours you stay in the office. Work-life balance is of no concern here. If you stay here for 2 years, you will mess up your skills and become a jack of all trades. Hard outtimes, so you have to stay at least 9 hours within the office. Nowadays, another policy has started: tests. Subjective questions with 100% negative marking, so no job security also. If you have a compulsion to stay in the NCR and can compromise with all this, then it's your dream place.
Management should understand that Indians are also humans. Samsung is neither a construction company, nor are we wage workers. Every country has a different working and social culture. So, if you figure it out soon, then it's okay. Else, God knows if it's too late.
First, a 3-hour coding round. Then, 3 face-to-face technical rounds to test technical skills. Finally, an HR round. The HR asked me the same old questions to get the real me.
The interview was easy and it took only one day for all rounds. There were three technical rounds and then a 1-hour overall process round. It then took almost one week to roll out the offer. After that, I joined Samsung.
It starts with an online written test, which contains a problem based on BFS/DFS/searching algorithms that you are required to complete within 2 hours. After cracking this round, 3 technical rounds followed, along with one HR round. Technical round
