Too many cons to mention
High politics at the management level. Below par qualifications. Rewarding themselves with promotions and ridiculous hikes and year-end bonuses.
All employees got frustrated and left the company.
No diversity. No work-life balance. Nothing.
Business model: Hire cheap university graduates and thrust with the illogical, mundane workload.
The on-campus interview consisted of 5 rounds: * An online coding round * A technical group discussion After this, 12 students were shortlisted, who then had 3 face-to-face interview rounds.
It was the Director of R&D PH and the head of HR. The questions were straight to the point. They were accommodating to my answers and would usually follow up based on them.
There were two interviews. We were assessed based on an exam, a technical round, and a normal HR round. They were quite easy, mostly about your current project and OOP concepts.
