Recruited through campus placements. The interview rounds were simple, brief, and to the point, where both HR and technical areas were given equal weightage.

You will be interviewed by 4 men: 2 Korean and 2 Indonesian. You'll be doing the interview simultaneously with 2 other competitors. After being interviewed by management, you will be interviewed by users, one-on-one, mostly with Koreans.

One test and one interview in Korea. The test, called the SSAT, was pretty easy and relatively scored. So, if you apply for a popular position, you should get a very high score on the test. The interview was very plain.
