They give very good appraisals. There are a lot of intelligent people from different colleges in India. You can choose your own projects by giving ideas.
The salary is very low and management is poor. There is a lot of partiality in the company related to the college.
My advice is to trust your own employees. Pay a good salary to your employees and have a better management system in the company.
